Parent & Me Tumbling Class ages 1.5-5yr

Introduce your child to the gym with you by their side. The goal is to help develop them into strong, independent, and confident children. As you work with the coaches leading them to the next level of class.

Wednesday-Friday-Saturday

Tumbling class 5-16yr

Doesn't matter if your child has never done any type of tumbling or if they have been doing it for years. We have tons of options for classes. We have three levels to our school age program.

Level 1 Beginner

Level 2 Intermediate

Level 3 Advanced

Monday-Thursday

Preschool Tumbling 3-5yr

Preschool is an independent class setting. This will help get them ready for kindergarten as they learn to follow directions, taking turns and socializing. We believe tumbling is for every child, empowering each child to understand their body and how to use it in the best way for them as they grow.

Monday-Saturday

FREE Adult group fitness class

Every Thursday at 7:00pm we host a free dance fitness class for all abilities!
